Brenda & Peter Dimoff: CDs available due to popular demand
We have all been enjoying the music of Brenda and Peter Dimoff during the Sunday services. Many people have asked where they can get a copy of their CD, so Brenda and Peter have graciously responded by producing copies of the CD, as a fund raiser for Annesley! For a donation of $20 or more to Annesley, you receive a copy of this wonderful CD. They will be available each Sunday, or at the office during the week.
Sunday Coffee Break
Every Sunday we raise our cups and smiles with some coffee, tea and treats. A very special “shout out” to Valerie G. & family for giving us all a new meaning to “homemade treats”- (more than just “made in Canada”). Thank you Valerie and family, for sharing your talent!

From the Search Team
The Search Team is looking for people to share what they love about Annesley on video or audio clip! If you are willing to give a quick (or long!) testimonial, we want to hear from you. We will be compiling them with other great things happening in and around Annesley for our NEW Living Faith Story. This would be shared with potential candidates to show what Annesley is all about! Email or call the church office to get on the list!
From the Affirming Ministry Team
We are continuing to explore the possibility of Annesley becoming an Affirming Ministry church. Do you have questions or comments you would like to make? We are keen to hear from you as we discern this path. There is a now a Comments and Questions box in the Narthex. Please feel free to write anonymously, but if you would like to speak to someone on the team or attend one of our team meetings with your feedback, please add your name and contact information. Or of course just speak to us in person! We really need and value your input. Thanks! As well, if you would like additional information about the affirming journey there are copies of an excellent resource booklet titled “Open Hearts” available in the church library. When Things Fall Apart – Heart Advice for Difficult Times
by Pema Chödrön. Life is a good teacher and a good friend . Things are always in transition if you can only realize it. Nothing ever sums itself up in the way that we like to dream about. The off-center, in-between state is an ideal situation, a situation in which we don’t get caught and we can open our hearts and minds beyond limit.
Task Teams hard at work
Many exciting things are happening around the building! Feel free to stroll through to see the progress being made to make the basement rooms inviting, clean and bright, and check out the completed Wesley Room. The Refresh Team (and helpers) are working hard every day. Thank them for their efforts when you stop by! If you have more time these days, your help and vision are always welcome.
